With over 20 years in real estate, ownership and management of a large diversified portfolio, and having taken many passive investors through full investment cycles, Zac brings both experience and pattern recognition to capital stewardship.

He holds five college degrees, including architecture, engineering, and an MBA, which shape his disciplined, systems-driven approach to deal structuring, creative finance, and risk management. Known for structuring downside-protected investments with strong upside potential, Zac combines technical rigor with practical execution. Outside of business, he’s a devoted family man, runner, and fitness enthusiast who values teaching his young boys, giving back, and building projects that positively impact both people and the environment.
